This is a 5-man relay, each leg is 1.5 miles

It will be a muddy course so wear spikes if you have them, otherwise trainers will be fine

Meet at the minibus at 11.00. Return after refreshments by 5.00

Juniors – opportunities have been rare this season due to several reasons, but this is the penultimate Saturday fixture of the season and it would be great to see you run
