This is a 1.7 mile 6-man relay and the teams can run in any order.
The course is a mixture of path and wooden track so short spikes would
be an advantage
Come to school in kit as we need to leave promptly at 12.00
The relay begins at 2.30
There is a hot meal afterwards and we will return around 6.40
Bring waterproofs, trainers and warm clothes
I need to know before Wednesday if you cannot run as I will need to find
a replacement
