This is a national competition with 300+ runners. It is the most important school race you will run in. Make sure you are fit and on time with all of your kit. Decent length spikes will help you as the ground will be very soft. Put in new ones if necessary before Saturday.  Meet at the minibus at 12.00  prompt. Return after tea by 5.30.
