Return by 7.40ish (M25??)  Bring some money if you want to buy food at the motorway service area on the way there. There will be a hot meal after the race.      

LOTS OF WARM CLOTHES ARE A MUST. SHORTISH  SPIKES ARE ADVISABLE.
