Busy Half-Term Ahead

We have a very busy fixture list this coming half-term, so get ready to put the miles in, improve as a long-distance runner, and represent the school - as always - with determination, enjoyment and success

November

Sat 4	Charterhouse Cup. In the afternoon in a fantastic setting with the famous 'Chaterhouse Hill'. This is a great event at one of the country's oldest and best known private schools
Wed 8	Haskell Cup (snrs) Relay against tough opposition, medals were won 2 years ago, possible again?
Sat 11	Lancing (all ages pm) An amazing venue, nicknamed Hogwarts by former runners, with a course that is truly cross-country but a great meal afterwards
Wed 15	St Albans Relay (snrs) It's a long way to the race, but such a high quality field and a challenge for all - well worth the travel
Fri 17	Junior Knole Run (yrs 7/8) The biggest Junior Race in the country, and in effect the bench mark for runners at this age

Sat 25	League relays at Oxted Can the 3 age groups win?
Wed 29	Judge Cup (7–13) At Tiffin school, one runner from each school year make up a team, an unusual but enjoyable format over a simple course that encourages quick times

Sat 2	League relays at Tiffin Back to Tiffin for these relays
Wed 6	Paarlauf at St Pauls School (snrs) Tactics are key in this format with teams of 3 runners able to regulate the distance they run over the course themselves
Sat 9	League races at Whitgift The short travel to our neighbours and the course, we dominated last year, can we repeat the feat?
